Terms and Conditions

1. Lessons & Scheduling Lessons are booked in advance and take place at the agreed time, either online or in person. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may still be charged in full.

2. Payments Payment is due weekly, monthly, or in advance by the agreed method (e.g., bank transfer). Block bookings must be paid for in full before the first session.

3. Responsibilities I will provide high-quality, tailored tuition designed to support progress and confidence. It is the student’s responsibility to attend sessions, complete any agreed practice work, and engage fully in lessons.

4. Results Disclaimer While every effort is made to support learning and improve performance, no specific exam grades or outcomes are guaranteed. Student progress depends on multiple factors, including attendance, effort, and independent study.

5. Safeguarding & Behaviour Parents/guardians remain responsible for students during online sessions. Respectful behaviour is expected at all times — sessions may be ended early without refund if behaviour is inappropriate.

6. Liability I am not responsible for losses beyond the cost of lessons already paid. I do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from tuition services.

7. Data Protection Any personal information shared (names, emails, assessment results) will be kept confidential and used only for the purposes of tuition.
